Therefore, a <br /> Feasibility Report is not necessarily required. If the council wishes to assess the project, our scope <br /> maybe expanded under separate proposal. <br /> • Evaluation of Streets scheduled for overlay. This involves a tour, with the Public Works Director, of <br /> the streets scheduled for overlay as well as others which may not have been on the schedule, but <br /> which the Public Works Director feels should be examined for possible inclusion in the project. <br /> • Attendance at a City Council Workshop to discuss the project scope and budget. <br /> • Assistance with examination of sewer, water and storm sewer infrastructure. Recommend repairs <br /> or replacements to be constructed ahead of the overlay project. <br /> Plans, Specs <br /> • Preparation of Plans and Specifications (small modifications of programmatic plans /specs) <br /> Bidding Phase <br /> • Assistance with Bidding: publish Ad for Bid (ad costs paid by city), answer bidder questions, <br /> produce and distribute Addenda, attend Bid Opening, produce /review Bid Tab <br /> • Preparation of Contracts <br /> Construction Phase <br /> • Preparation for and attendance at a Preconstruction Conference <br /> • Periodic support of City's Project Inspector (Greg Burmeister) during construction ( <5 hrs /wk) <br /> • Production of minor Change Orders <br /> • Issuance of Pay Requests; final payment after review of IC -134s, Lien Waivers <br /> These services would be provided for the scope of the proposed 2014 Thin Bituminous Overlay Project <br /> which includes (see attached): <br /> • 73r Street (Old Mill Rd. to Brian Drive) • Meadow Lane <br /> • Quebec Street • Deer Pass Drive <br /> • Old Mill Road (73` St. to South end of • Pioneer Lane <br /> Hanzal Development) • Steven Lane <br /> • Lakeland Circle (Main St. to Centerville .
