A huge effort will be required. Either <br /> the city or peer pressure will be needed for enforcement. They would like to see additional funding <br /> sources for conservation. <br /> White Bear Township <br /> • Apply for water efficiency grant—rebate program <br /> • Review top ten water users—likely the biggest source of water conservation <br /> • Define conservation implementations <br /> • Enhance communication <br /> Discussion: They plan to work with the top users'one on one to promote water conservation.
