City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 23, 2016 <br />Mr. Huber stated that he believes the development will require the removal of a <br />pond/drainage/utility easement that is located in the rear of his property and his neighbors. He <br />states the importance of water runoff and the natural barrier provided to the homes by the <br />woodlands that abut the pond/drainage area and desires for it not to be removed. He thanked <br />Council for their time and appreciated any information that they could provide to him. <br /> <br />IV. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber corrected the Agenda by stating City of Centerville February 25, 2016 through <br />March 9, 2016 Claims (Check #30058-30071), under Consent Agenda should be changed to <br />March 9, 2016 through March 23, 2016 Claims (Check #30086-30098) and added Fourth <br />Amendment Site Lease Agreement-T-Mobile Water Tower Antenna under New Business #4. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King to approve the <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. March 9, 2016 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber provided an opportunity to Council Members for modification. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber requested that the minutes reflect that Mr. Magdik provided the Council with a <br />check in the amount of $2,800 for estimated taxes per the original purchase agreement and add <br />“for a one bedroom apartment” after “month and before and” of the last sentence in the second <br />paragraph on page 6 of 8 of the minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member King to approve the <br />March 9, 2016 City Council Meeting Minutes with the Above Stated Revision. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. City of Centerville March 9, 2016 through March 23, 2016 Claims <br /> (Check #30086-30098) & (Check #30099-) <br />2. Centennial Lakes Police Claims through March 9, 2016 (Check #10771-10789 <br />3.
