City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 11, 2016 <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King to approve the <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. April 27, 2016 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber provided an opportunity for Council Members to modify the minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbcher, seconded by Council Member King to approve <br />the April 27, 2016 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandon Champeau, United Properties, Industrial Development Proposal <br />1. <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson stated that the City has been invited to meetings at Rice Creek Watershed <br />District to work with Brandon on a proposed distribution center in Lino Lakes or maybe <br />Centerville and introduced Mr. Champeau to Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Champeau stated that the distribution center was originally interested in property located in <br />Lino Lakes, however access to the site could be costly and would involve the City of Centerville <br />so Administrator Ericson was brought into discussions in February.
