White Bear Township provide the <br />Council with an annual update in <br />meeting their inflow/infiltration (VI) <br />goal. <br /> <br />3. White Bear Township amend the <br />Comprehensive Plan to revise Table 4.4 <br />in Appendix A to accurately reflect the <br />limited potential for further high density <br />(up to at least 10 units per acre) <br />residential development. <br /> <br />4. Upon the approval of the Township's <br />Comprehensive Plan and prior to the <br />construction of any extensions or <br />additions to its disposal system, the <br />Township must submit a <br />Comprehensive Sewer (Tier II) Plan to <br />the Council for final approval. The <br />Comprehensive Sewer Plan shall be <br />consistent with the Township's <br />approved Comprehensive Plan and <br />reflect any modifications recommended <br />by the Council. <br /> <br />5.
