Once bids are received and presented to <br />the City Council for award, contracts will be prepared and distributed for execution. <br />Construction Phase <br />This proposal assumes that the city's Lead Project inspector, Greg Burmeister will continue in his <br />role as the primary, on-site representative during construction. We would support him with the <br />following tasks: <br />6, Preparation for and attendance at a Preconstruction Conference <br />is Periodic support of City's Inspector (Greg Burmeister) during construction (<5 hrs/wk) <br />• Production of minor Change Orders <br />• Issuance of Pay Requests; final payment after review of IC -134s, Lien Waivers <br />These services would be provided for the scope of the proposed 2017 Thin Bituminous Overlay <br />Project which includes (see attached): <br />0, Mound Court <br />• Mound Trail <br />• Gateway Circle <br />• Beaver Pond Way (Hunter's 1 st Add.) <br />• Various Trails <br />The preliminary construction cost estimate for these improvements is $225,000. <br />Fees <br />Based on the scope of work and scope of project outlined above, the following is a summary of <br />our not -to -exceed fees. Our work would be billed on a monthly basis, in accordance with our <br />Master Services Agreement and per our current rate schedule.
