June 14, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Council Member Koski stated that he had pointed out several grammatical errors to the Clerk <br /> and Mayor Paar requested that on Page 2 the reference to Mr. Jon Grahek be removed. Koski <br /> Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member King to Approve the <br /> Presented Minutes with the Above Stated Amendments. All in favor. Motion Carried. <br /> VI. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1. City of Centerville July 13, 2017 through July 26, 2017 Claims (Check#31184- <br /> 31223) & (Check#31224-31231) <br /> 2. Centennial Fire District Claims through July 20, 2017 (Check#7907-7927) <br /> w/Payroll (Check#7902-#7906) <br /> 3. Centennial Lakes Police Claims through July 20, 2017 (Check#11528-11545) <br /> 4. Anoka County Fire Protection Council Instructor Memorandum of Understanding <br /> 5. Encroachment Agreement— 1697 Hunters Trail, Mr. & Mrs. Dave Popp (Fence) <br /> 6. Encroachment Agreement— 1796 Dupre Road, Mr. & Mrs. Jason Kong (Bridge, <br /> Shed & Patio Block w/Fire Pit) <br /> 7. Successful Performance Review—Senior Account Clerk, Ms. Kris Sweeney <br /> (Completion of 17 Years) <br /> Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for Council Members to add additional items or remove <br /> items for further discussion. <br /> Council Member Love requested that Item 47 be removed for discussion. <br /> Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Love to approve Consent <br /> Agenda Items 1-6. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Love stated that he removed Item 47 as he desired to thank Ms. Sweeney for <br /> her 17 years of service, recognize her for taking on additional duties and stated that she is a key <br /> part in the staff of the City. Mayor Paar concurred. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve <br /> Consent Agenda Item #7. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> VII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Use of City Owned House—1737 Main Street for CFD Fire Training <br /> Administrator Ericson reported that the residence has been vacant for quite some time, <br /> experienced vandalism and is zoned M-1.
