City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> October 25,2017 <br /> Numerous questions ensued regarding the needed mixing of the current soil along with moisture <br /> content to make to soils usable and whether they will be removed from the site prior to the NPs <br /> expiration date. <br /> Mr. Rehbein stated that the construction season is coming to an end so it is unlikely that the <br /> material will be removed this year but would attempt to ensure that it is removed by June 1. <br /> Council felt that July 1 would be a more appropriate date and Mr. Rehbein would again be <br /> request to appear before Council at that time. <br /> City Attorney Glaser stated that Council, if desired, has every right to modify the existing lUP <br /> due to the fact that Mr. Rehbein is not adhering to the agreement. <br /> Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Love that the City <br /> Council determines that Mr. Rehbein has been found in violation of several IUP conditions <br /> (soil type, cleaning of roadway and lack of a completed SWPPP) further that he be given <br /> until July 1, 2018 to rectify violations. All voted in favor except Council Member Montain <br /> opposed. Motion carried. <br /> VI. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> 1. September 27, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council with an opportunity for amendments. <br /> Motion by Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the September 27, <br /> 2017 Council Meeting Minutes as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 2. October 11, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council with an opportunity for amendments. <br /> Motion by Koski, seconded by Council Member Love to Approve the October 11, 2017 <br /> Council Meeting Minutes as presented.
