On-Sale Liquor License— (Cadillac Dinner, St. Gen's Community Parish, <br /> 6995 Centerville Road, April 14, 2018 <br /> 7. Request for Encroachment Agreement (Shed) & Grant of Easement (Storm Sewer <br /> Pipe), 1667 Peltier Lake Drive <br /> 8. Massage Therapist License Renewal & Establishment License, Schlavin <br /> Chiropractic—Ms. Lisa Kieselhorst <br /> Council Member Montain desired to pull Item#4 for discussion. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve Items <br /> #1-3 & 5-8 as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Administrator Statz stated that he felt the City had double coverage (through the League of MN <br /> Cities and through Hollywood Pyrotechnics) which was not needed or similar to when renting a <br /> car with your owner insurance and buying their insurance. Attorney Glaser stated that it would <br /> be acceptable to have double coverage in some instances and this may be one that the City may <br /> desire to consider. Attorney Glaser stated that he had not had an opportunity to review this item, <br /> would recommend striking the language "but not through vendor" on the Request for Council <br /> Action form. Administrator Statz stated that the City has liability coverage on the property <br /> located at 1737 Main Street and there is no need for property damage insurance as the home is <br /> uninhabitable. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member King to Approve Item <br /> #4 as Presented Striking "But Not Through Vendor" as Presented on the Request for <br /> Council Action Form. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> VI. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Authorize Submittal of Local Water Plan to Reviewing Agencies (Met Council & <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District) <br /> Administrator Statz stated that the Local Water Plan has been completed by Stantec and ready <br /> for Council action. He stated that several changes have been made regarding language <br /> associated with pond ownership and that Council Member Montain's concerns have been <br /> addressed. <br /> Council Member King questioned the modifications and cost of the plan. Administrator Statz <br /> stated that the plan was updated from 5-6 years ago as required, utilizes Atlas 14 data, 100 year <br /> Page 3 of 7 <br />
