We look for- <br />ward to the arrival of their services In <br />our community. <br />A meeting with officials from St. <br />Genevieve's Catholic Church and City <br />officials has been held to d1scuss plans <br />for future land redevelopment south of <br />the church. <br />Several CenterviIIe property 0wn- <br />ers appeared at the September 27, <br />2000 City Coundl meeting to provide <br />their input during the Public Hearing <br />regarding the Hunter's CrossIng A.. <br />sessment. Mr. Peunon. City Engineer, <br />explained that a11lmprovemenu are in <br />place within the development with the <br />exceptJon of the streets, curbs and gut- <br />ters. It was also stated that the paving <br />of the streets had been scheduled for <br />October. Peterson explained that the <br />developer has paid for half of the costs <br />for the Hunter's Crossing lmprove- <br />ments to extend services down Cen- <br />tervllle Road and that the remaining <br /> <br />half had been divided among ind1vidual <br />property owners who also benefited. <br />Property owner's whose homes <br />face CenterviIIe Road were assessed. <br />while others whose homes back up to <br />Centerville Road will be assessed when <br />services come down the street their <br />homes face. <br />Concemed reslclems in attendance <br />during the PubDc Hearing that opposed <br />the assessment, left their names with <br />CenterviIIe's City Administrator, Jim <br />March. <br />Mr. Gary Boium was Introduced at <br />a recent City Council meeting as <br />W.. Management's new Munidpal <br />Marketing Manager. He will be making <br />periodic visits to CentervlIIe to ensure <br />that quality services continue. from <br />W..
