The new seven members of the planning and zoning commission seem to have good ideas and are making progress on some items that have been "in the works" for years. We are currently trying to update the Firearms Ordi- nance, the Animal Ordinance and the Zoning Ordimmce. These meetings can be long and not necessarily excit- ing, but some good progress is being made to bring our city ordinances up to date.
