fire station discussed

WIth the new. parking lot
and sidewalks around the
new City Hall and FIre, Sta-
tion, It Is a tempting loca-
tion for children to ride
bike., roller blade or, just
play. However, when a tire or
rescue call comes In, the fire
~. and resoue personnel must arrive
quickly and leave with heavy vehicles,
sometimes In the dark.'

In order to prevent a very unfortunate
accident, the City Is asking that par-
ents keep children ,off the parking lot
and driveway are.., especially after
dark. There Is no good time for chil-
dren to play In this area 81nce an
emergency call can come In any time,
day or. night. '
P___ care for your .children's safety
and help our fire and ~ personnsl.
