This is to <br />include BB guns. <br /> <br />POLE TYPE BUILDINGS Ordinance #48* has recently been passed <br />which addresses restrictions of pole type buildings in commercial <br />and industrial zoning districts within the City. <br /> <br />POSSIBLE LOWERING OF THE FLOOD PLAIN ELEVATION IN THE SOUTH AND <br />EAST PORTIONS OF THE CITY - The City Council recently approved a <br />study to determine if such a project would be feasible. The <br />first half of the study will cost $8,000. The City has <br />considered this study in the past, but no City funds were <br />available. At a April 5, 1989 special City Council meeting to <br />discuss the project, several larger land owners and Centerville <br />business persons were present. The larger land owners and <br />business persons agreed to organize collection and monetarily <br />contribute to cover the $8,000 cost of the study. Should the <br />study show that it would not be feasible to reduce the flood <br />plain elevation, the contributors could not be reimbursed. <br />However, if the City chooses to go ahead with the project, the <br />contributors would receive appropriate credit on any possible <br />
