They will do privately and if they do not we will <br /> step in. Kurt what learned and more details in ordinance and if city has a hand in it very <br /> expensive and $19,000 in escrow. Kurt provision for costs from escrow. <br /> Matt interest is coming from their escrow account or city charging. Kurt interest does not <br /> happen until they fail and assess and interest is on assessment itself and pay within first year. <br /> Mark Kurt fees and owner asked if can be waived and reason felt that this is something that City <br /> had worked out ahead of time and not unique to their property and Kurt stated could be as much <br /> as $500 and within motion and an obligation and think something that they requested and we <br /> look at and may be appropriate.
