January 9, 2019 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council Members with an opportunity for modifications. <br /> Council Member Koski stated that page 2 of 7 should read "Mayor" Paar rather than "Council <br /> Member"Paar in the first motion. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the <br /> January 9, 2019 City Council Meeting Minutes as Presented with the Noted Correction. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> VII. CONSENT AGENDA 6:55 <br /> 1. City of Centerville January 10, 2019 through January 23, 2019 Claims <br /> (Checks #1290E-32427 W/Voided Check#32390) & (Check# 32382-32389) & <br /> 2. Centennial Lakes Police Claims through January 18, 2019 (Checks #12398- <br /> 12440), Payroll Check#12397 & 12415-12417, Optum & Visa EFT <br /> 3. Centennial Fire District Claims through January 9, 2019 (Checks #8410- <br /> 8423), HSA Bank& MN Unemployment <br /> 4. Successful Performance Review, Completion of 20 Years, City Clerk Ms. <br /> Bender <br /> 5. Mediation and Restorative Services —2019 <br /> 6. Metro Cities Dues - 2019 <br /> Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for Council to add or remove any item(s) to the consent <br /> agenda. <br /> Council Member Love stated that he desired to comment on several items but did not desire for <br /> these same items to be pulled. He stated that he was proud that staff was utilizing training and <br /> thanked City Clerk Bender for her years of dedicated service. <br /> Mayor Paar also thanked Ms. Bender for her dedication to the residents of Centerville and <br /> Council. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Lakso to Approve the <br /> Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. 2019 Fee Schedule (2nd Reading) <br /> Administrator Statz stated that this would be the second reading of fee schedule and as <br /> previously discussed the major modifications were in electrical inspection fees due to the new <br /> inspector and his fee format. <br /> Page 3 of 7 <br />
