permitted by state law the City may require compliance with any amendments to the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan, official controls, platting or dedication requirements enacted after the date <br /> of this Agreement. <br /> 6. DEVELOPMENT PLANS. The Final Plat shall be developed in accordance <br /> with the following plans ("Plans") which are on file with the City. The Plans shall not be <br /> attached to this Agreement. If the Plans vary from the written terms of this Agreement, the <br /> written terms shall control. The approved Plans are as follows: <br /> A. Final Plat, Old Mill Estates,prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc., dated xxxxx. <br /> B. Preliminary Plat, Old Mill Estates, prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc., dated <br /> xxxxx. <br /> C. Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plans, (prepared by Plowe Engineering, <br /> Inc. —Adam Ginkel, dated 10/17/2018 w/revisions through) <br /> D. Street and Utility Plans (prepared by Plowe Engineering, Inc. — Adam Ginkel, <br /> dated 10/17/2018 w/revisions through) <br /> E. Trail Plan Documents <br /> F. Trail Easement prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated 05/01/2019. <br /> G. Any "as-built" plans of public or private improvements constructed pursuant to <br /> this Agreement. <br /> These Plans may include subsequent plan revisions approved, in writing, by the City Engineer. <br /> The Parties recognize how the Preliminary Plat and the Plans contain undefined elements related <br /> to the eastern lands of the Outlot A. Once those elements are defined, they shall be included as <br /> part of these Plans. <br /> 7. PUBLIC AND PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall install and <br /> pay for the following improvements ("Improvements") as required by the Development Plans. <br /> These Improvements are detailed in Exhibit D. <br /> All Improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City's subdivision ordinance; <br /> City standard specifications for utilities and street construction; and any other applicable law, <br /> ordinance or policy.
