City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> April 10,2019 <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled City <br /> Council meeting on April 10, 2019 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> Council Member Russ Koski t (1 <br /> Council Member Michelle Lakso <br /> Council Member Matt Montain <br /> ABSENT: None. <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> COUNCIL <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Paar called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. <br /> IL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Love to Approve the <br /> Agenda as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> L APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> 1. Chief Coan—Unable to Appear <br /> 2. State of the City <br /> Mayor Paar reviewed the presentation with Council stating that the City is in great shape <br /> with many things to be proud of. He thanked staff, Council and the <br /> Committees/Commissions for their hard work in making Centerville the place that it is. <br /> He spoke about new development both commercial and residential, economic <br /> development, rebranding, potential grants assisting in the downtown redevelopment, <br /> parks and recreation programs and building on them, the Centennial Fire District, <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br />
