March 27, 2019 Joint Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council Members with an opportunity for modifications. <br /> Council Member Lakso stated that she would like language added regarding the necessity of a <br /> Part II needing completion of the Wellhead Protection Plan for 2020, she felt that the language <br /> contained on Page 5 of 8 regarding an Adhoc Committee could be explained slightly better and <br /> that a correction to the fact that she and the Cub Scout pack had worked with both the Police and <br /> Fire on the project. <br /> Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Montain to Approve the <br /> March 27, 2019 City Council Meeting Minutes as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Montain stated that Council had received a Dropbox link for the Closed <br /> Executive Session on March 27, 2019. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Love to Approve the <br /> March 27, 2019 City Council Closed Executive Session Meeting Minutes as Presented.
