City of Centerville <br />Parks & Recreation Committee <br />May 1, 2019 <br />to install a 4-outlet, 40 amp outlet in Hidden Spring Park of $350.00 from the Capital <br />Outlay Fund of the General Fund with the installation of the meter box to be located on the <br />Hidden Springs side of LaMotte Drive. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. 16-017: Gaga Ball Pit & Triple Shoot Game - Assembly & Installation <br />Committee Member Peterson offered the assistance of his Boy Scout Troop, and himself, for the <br />assembly of the Gaga Ball Pit; location yet to be determined, most likely at Laurie LaMotte <br />Memorial Park, and installation to be done when staff is available. Preferable date of installation <br />th <br />is May 16. <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee member Bettinger, seconded by Committee Member <br />Errickson-Grahek to recommend to the city council to install, in cement, the Triple Shoot <br />Basketball Game, at a location yet to be determined, in Acorn Park. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Bettinger, seconded by Committee Member Waeghe <br />to approve the April 3, 2019 minutes with the following correction: Under New Business, <br />nd <br />#2, replace 2 paragraph with : Motion by Committee member Bettinger, seconded by <br />Committee member Peterson that Administrator Statz check into the availability of any <br />grants and, if available, apply for a grant to cover the cost of a new or refurbished <br />basketball court.
