<br />Administrator Statz stated that there was a list of appeals that Assessor Tolzmann has taken care
<br />of prior to this evening’s meeting.
<br />
<br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for the public to provide input and hearing no comments
<br />stated that the meeting would be left open for a short period. He asked if Council Members had
<br />any questions. Council Member Wilharber asked Assessor Tolzmann what caused those appeals
<br />and Assessor Tolzmann stated that there were errors in the computerized system which needed to
<br />be corrected with Anoka County.
<br />
<br />Administrator Statz stated that he would read into the minutes those amendments following the
<br />public comment portion of the meeting.
<br />
<br />Mayor Wilharber asked how many individuals had contacted him. Assessor Tolzmann stated that
<br />for the most part the year was quiet and the errors that he is seeking board action this evening were
<br />due to a computation error in the valuation.
<br />
<br />Motion by Council Member Wilharber, seconded by Council Member Montain to Close the
<br />Board of Appeals & Equalization meeting at 6:43 p.m. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor
<br />Love and Council Members Lakso, Koski, Montain and Wilharber voted in favor. Motion
<br />carried.

<br />Mayor Love thanked Assessor Tolzmann for his attendance of the meeting and Administrator Statz

<br />Mayor Love asked about the errors to Polar Pride and Drilling & Tirokomos as they are substantial
<br />errors. Assessor Tolzmann stated that they were computer errors.
