City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 13, 2020 <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso requested that on Page 6, third paragraph, within the last sentence the last <br />name of Brickman be modified to Brickner. <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser requested that a motion be added on page 13 following the language: <br />Attorney Glaser announced that in Closed Session, Council moved to adopt the proposed contract <br />in the packet on a unanimous vote and to add the following motion: <br /> <br />During the Closed Executive Session the following action occurred, Motion by Mayor <br />Paar, seconded by Council Member Koski to Adopt the Proposed Contact for the City <br />Administrator. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the <br />Presented City Council WS, Council & Closed Executive Session Meeting Minutes with the <br />Above Stated Changes. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and Council Members <br />Lakso, Koski, and Montain voted in favor & Wilharber abstained. Motion carried. <br /> <br />1. March 11, 2020 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso requested that the last name of Brickman be changed to Brickner of 1580 <br />Sorel Street. Council Member Lakso stated that page 9 of 18, paragraphs 3 and 4 should note Mr. <br />Nicks rather than Mr. Brickner. Council Member Lakso also desired for the language on page 18 <br />to be cleaned up regarding her and Council Member Montain’s comments. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the <br />Presented Minutes with the Amendments Stated Above. <br /> <br />Attorney Glaser stated that if Council Member Lakso felt that the minutes regarding her and <br />Council Member Montain’s comments were sloppy that she could table the item, allow staff to <br />review the tape, correct them, and again place them on the agenda for consideration at Council’s <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso Amended her Motion to Table the March 11, 2020 City Council <br />Meeting Minutes until They Received Additional Review From Staff and Returned on the <br />Next Agenda for Consideration. Council Member Koski Accepted the Amendment to the <br />Motion. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and Council Members Lakso, Koski, and <br />Montain voted in favor & Wilharber abstained.
