Resolution #20-0XX Supporting Community Access Television <br />10. Contractor’s Request for Payment #1 – A-1 Excavating – Downtown Street <br />and Utility Project. <br />11. Fete des Lacs Cancellation <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mayor D. Love provided an opportunity for Council to add or remove any item(s) to/from the <br />consent agenda. <br /> <br />Council Member Montain requested pulling Item #4 & #8 for additional discussion. Council <br />Member Lakso requested pulling Item #11 for additional discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Wilharber to Approve <br />Items #1-3, 5-7 & 9-10 of the Consent Agenda as Presented. A Roll Call Vote was Taken: <br />Mayor Love and Council Members Lakso, Koski, Montain & Wilharber voted in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Montain desired to obtain Rice Creek Watershed consideration prior to approval. <br />He stated that he had no issues with the encroachment agreement. Administrator Statz stated that <br />the City’s MS4 requires the City to have responsibility for ensuring that storm ponds are <br />functioning properly and are properly maintained, but RCWD also has that same authority so there <br />are overlapping responsibilities and it may be good to obtain their opinion. Administrator Statz <br />stated that he had yet to receive an opinion from them. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Wilharber, seconded by Council Member Koski to Table Item <br />#4, Encroachment Agreement – 7060 Cottonwood Court – Fountain. A Roll Call Vote was <br />Taken: Mayor Love and Council Members Lakso, Koski, Montain & Wilharber voted in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Montain stated that he pulled Item #8 because he has not had an opportunity to <br />review Riders 1-6 and had concerns regarding language in the proposed rider regarding damages <br />and the language utilized. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to Table Item #8, <br />7 th Rider to Agreement – St. Paul Regional Water Service – LaMotte Irrigation Expansion <br />Until the Next Meeting Where all Riders Would be Available for Review. A Roll Call Vote <br />was Taken: Mayor Love and Council Members Lakso, Koski, Montain & Wilharber voted <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso stated that she pulled Item #11 as she desired additional discussion <br />regarding Fete des Lacs.
