Ready Landscaping <br />The city has not yet received Ready Landsnd is following up on <br />this issue and a few clean-up issues from their Conditional Use Permit. <br />Rehbein Black Dirt <br />We are in receipt of an application to extend the Interim Use Permit for the Rehbein <br />st <br />Black Dirt operation off of 21 Ave. This will go before the P&Z commission and will <br />require a public hearing. Further details will be available at that time. <br /> <br />th <br />7129 20 Ave. <br />th <br />New outdoor lighting fixtures attached to the building at 7129 20 Ave. have become a <br />nuisance to area residents. The lights were put up due to safety concerns. We are <br />working with the building owner to put some hoods on the fixtures to mitigate the <br />problem. <br /> <br />STORMWATER/WETLAND <br />-Year Watershed Management Plan <br />Advisory Committee (TAC) and City-County <br />Partner Meeting where were able to give input on the waters <br />is much like our Comprehensive Plan and is a broad-reaching document that will shape <br />policies and management of the organization fo <br />that we have representation at these meetings. This is a <br />very important approval from the Department of Natural Resources in that it <br />acknowledges our city is using water in a responsible manner.
