Landscape Plan and other items are still being worked on by the developer and city staff. <br />These documents must be submitted, reviewed and approved, prior to recording of the <br />final plat. <br />Old Mill Estates <br />City staff and the developer continue work <br />documents, prior to bringing a Final Plat forward for approval. <br /> <br />Block 7 Property <br />City staff and our realtor are continuing to work with two interested parties as they <br />prepare more detailed concept plans for the Block 7 property. <br /> <br />Proposals for obtaining soil borings to help determine water table issues and general soils <br />information on the property are being presented at this meeting for approval. <br /> <br />General Downtown Redevelopment Interest <br />City staff made contact with both the owner and realtor for the Old Creamery Apartment <br />building to let them know about some of the tools the city may be able to offer, should a <br />buyer be interested in a redevelopment of the property. <br /> <br />and the Sothern Rail to discuss their future <br />plans and gain input on downtown redevelopment. Also discussed, were their <br />involvement in Fete des Lacs, and possible participation in a farmers market or similar <br />events. <br /> <br />Commerce Drive Property <br />Negotiations on the possible purchase of the Commerce Drive site by Midwest Best <br />Water continue. The architect for Midwest Best Water is drafting some potential <br />building façade treatments and hopes to present these to the City Council along with their <br />counter offer. <br /> <br />th <br />20 Avenue Corridor Zoning <br />City staff met with the City Attorney and City Planner to discuss a variety of issues <br />th <br />related to zoning conflicts that have come up along 20 Avenue over the past several <br />the Commerce Drive properties has suggested a <br />ve been several proposals which have struggled to fit in the <br />zoning code, despite seeming like appropriate uses for the land. <br />Out of this meeting will come a staff recommendation for addressing these issues, which <br />will be brought to the Planning and Zoning Commission for further consideration. <br /> <br />
