CenterMart - Conditional Use Permit The owner has made progress towards compliance with their Conditional Use Permit. Staff has also addressed transient merchants set up on site and has been able to get them licensed. 7129 20t' Ave. The Planning and Zoning Commission heard an appeal from the business owner on the issue of their lighting being a nuisance. STORMWATER/WETLAND Met Council Stormwater Grant City staff and consultants have submitted a grant application for the expansion of our stormwater reuse system in LaMotte Park. We should know if we have been awarded the grant by the end of August. If awarded, we would use the funds to help meet stormwater obligations for the downtown street project and Block 7 redevelopment.
