Consensus that this would be approved rather than try to find another printer due to time constraints. The signage for the A-frame kits will be ordered on May 6, 2021. It was suggested that a one-page flyer be provided as handouts to be distributed by the volunteers. Motion made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member Seeley to approve the invitation/addition of food trucks, the additional $55 cost to the signage and the approval of the weekly line-up. All in favor. Motion carried. VI. NEW BUSINESS 1. Special Event Permit - Freiermuth Wedding Motion made by Committee Member Waegher, seconded by Committee Member Seeley, to approve the Special Event Permit for Tiffany Freiermuth for the use of Hidden Spring Park on June 5, 2021 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm for a wedding. All in favor. Motion carried. es Chamber of Commerce Business Meeting Motion made by Committee Member Weaeghe, seconded by Committee Member Seeley, to approve the Special Event Permit for the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce for the use of Lauie LaMotte Memorial Park on May 17, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm for a business meeting.
