Proposed buildings have shifted as far east as possible to
concentrate Open Space around the regional trail and western half of the site.
- Efficient, reduced floor plan sizes to further achieve high -density use and provide a variety of
attainable ownership housing options for the community and region.
We believe that the proposed project as presented reflects this collaborative effort and represents the
highest and best mutual fit for this property.
PUD BENEFITS
Design Intent - Consistency with Downtown Master Plan Vision.
We understand that the City of Centerville has several goals for the site, aimed at preserving and
highlighting the character of the community. In particular, oriented around a "historic downtown" and
"small town feel".
Centra Homes - Preliminary Plat + PUD Application: Sorel Quarter, Centerville
