There were additional materials <br />the applicants submitted which were not reviewed for that <br />report. This memorandum reviews that supplemental <br />information. <br />SUBMISSION PACKAGE 10-21-2021 <br />Site Plan <br />The Site Plan notes the 21 customer/employee parking stalls in <br />the small parking lot at the front of the site, including 2 <br />handicapped stalls. The CUP conditions of approval have been <br />revised to acknowledge this. <br />The Site Plan shows three separate staging areas on the outside <br />storage portion of the site and details the floor area of each <br />part of the building use: <br />Main Floor Showroom: 1,801 sq ft <br />Office 2,140 sq ft <br />Warehouse: 37,179 sa ft <br />Total: 41,120 sq ft <br />r — — — — — 1-7 ----------- I <br />� � r <br />� r <br />r <br />The plan notes the square footage of the staging areas as 61,654 sq ft, about 1.5 times the area of <br />the building. which is the standard in the B-1 district for the size of outside storage areas relative to <br />the building. this area does not include space in the middle of the site for "loading and <br />circulation", i.e., truck movements in and out of the site.
