November 1, 2021 <br />Centerville Planning & Zoning Commission <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />RE: Shingle Creek Capital, LLC - Updated Information <br />Existing Conditions (Site + Circulation) <br />The Existing Conditions map (top right) illustrates <br />access to the site from 35E - a loop from <br />westbound Main Street to 215t Avenue to <br />Commerce Drive to eastbound Main Street, <br />accessing the right turn into the site off Main <br />Street. <br />As noted in the earlier planning report, the only <br />access to the site are the two existing driveways <br />off Main Street, and with a raised median, only <br />right-in/right-out access possible.
