He also
wondered if there could be an “email us” button instead of completing removing our email address,
which he believes may be problematic.

Council Member Koski questioned how other cities are handling this, noting he does not want to
the residents to lose the ability to contact them.

Council Member Mosher agreed with Council Member Koski.

Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Mosher, to table this item
for further discussion. Administrator’s Report

Administrator Statz reported he had a meeting around Block 7 to get input on the recent
plan. This was an informal meeting to discuss development and about six (6) people
attended to discuss concerns such as: what this would cause surrounding the immediate
neighborhood; revolve around larger picture of density; and the Downtown Master Plant.
City Council is looking at the next meeting to discuss whether the Downtown plan is still
appropriate.

Council Member Koski thinks involvement is great, and helps people become part of the
process. He also thinks it was good input and the residents were very appreciative.

Mayor Love stated anything less dense would kill the project. Mayor Love responded as
long as we are letting the property sit vacant, we are paying taxes and other fees on it.

Administrator Statz displayed architectural photos that include balconies, French doors, etc.
of the building.

Council Reports

a.
