Since <br />the approval our Team has been working to prepare a Site Plan package to meet the conditions placed on <br />the CUP, and will meet the regulatory permitting process of both the City and the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District (RCWD). A brief narrative summarizing the proposed Project, the Site Plan, and how we have <br />addressed the conditions of the CUP is provided on the following pages. <br />We are excited to get the site work and building improvement underway and to bring the national <br />building supply company to this site. We are confident that they will be a great addition to your <br />community, andthe site will be better position to meet the City’s goals and aspirations for the future of <br />Main Street.
