The existing building <br />is fully located on Parcel 1. <br /> <br />Summary of Request: <br />Shingle Creek Capital is requesting Site Plan Review approval consistent with the conditions as noted in <br />the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) approved November 10, 2021.
