<br />Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />The vast majority of the project work is now done. Some lakeshore plantings and final <br />landscaping items remain. Mailboxes are now in and the pond has been dredged to final grade. <br /> <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />Contractors have been experiencing delays due to material shortages but they anticipate being <br />open by April 1, 2022. <br /> <br />Development Inquiries <br /> Developer looking at City-owned 1737 Main Street <br /> <br />Rehbein Commercial <br />Infrastructure work is now, largely complete, with the sewer, water and stormwater having <br />been installed. The street (Michaud Way) has been constructed up through the base course of <br />asphalt. The wearing course will be installed next year if there are no settlements or other <br />issues. The contractor is working through punch list items and will be completing the trail and <br />sidewalks next year. <br /> <br />Kwik Trip <br />Staff has been working with Kwik TripÓs staff to get securities and other agreements in place. <br />The owner has communicated that construction could begin by mid-summer, 2022. <br /> <br />Norbella Senior Living <br />Norbella has now broken ground on the site, installing utilities and excavating for the <br />foundation and parking lot. Work will continue within the building through the winter. <br /> <br />Peterson Shores <br />The developer has signed necessary agreements and is authorized to file the plat. <br />Rehbein Industrial <br />Work on the extension of Fairview Street has been completed, up through the gravel base of <br />the road, including sewer, water and stormwater utilities. Curb and paving will follow in the <br />Spring. <br />Sutton Transport <br />The site has been graded and is ready for construction, once agreements are finalized. <br /> <br />2050/2070 Main Street <br />A permit has been issued for roofing of the building in preparation of the tenant. Staff has been <br />working with the developerÓs representatives on final due diligence items and recently helped <br />them measure the depth of some existing storm ponds to facilitate their permit application to <br />Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />A rezoning and Conditional Use Permit were approved, pending the sale of the property to a <br />Building Material Supply Center. The user would largely sell to builders and contractors, but <br />will have a public showroom and sales counter. If the sale goes through, we would expect to <br />see a site plan review application soon. <br /> <br />
