City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />November 10, 2021 <br /> <br />Council Member King Amended his Original Motion: to Approve Res. #21-019 and <br />Conditional Use Permit with the Approved Modifications (Conditions, #4 Adding Language <br />“The Height of Outside Storage Cannot be Visible from the Trail on the North Side of the <br />Subject Property”, the addition of Item #”e, Architectural Elevations”, the Addition of “and <br />Opaque” Between “Durable” and “Materials” under Conditions, #8 and Removal of <br />“Properties” and Replacing with “Rights-of-Way” in Conditions, #4. Council Member <br />Lakso Accepted the Friendly Amendment. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS (Cont’d) <br /> <br />1. Resolution #21-0XX – Submitting a List of Eligible Nominees to Anoka County <br />for the Open Manager Position on Rice Creek Watershed District Board of <br />Managers (Cont’d) <br /> <br />Administrator Statz received and provided the Council with the list of candidates. He stated that <br />Ms. Jan Kreminski was a resident of Circle Pines and is on the Circle Pines Utilities Board; Mr. <br />Jess Robertson was a resident of Blaine and is a Council Member for Blaine; and Mr. Scott <br />Robinson is a resident of Lino Lakes and serves on their Environmental Board. He stated that the <br />individuals have been serving their communities, are responsible and could handle the position <br />positively. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Mosher, and second by Council Member Lakso to Approve Res. <br />#21- 017 – Submitting a List of Eligible Nominees to Anoka County for the Open Manager <br />Position on Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers as Presented. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Consider Cancelling November 24, 2021 & December 22, 2021 Regularly <br />Scheduled Work Session & Council Meetings <br /> <br />Administrator Statz suggested scheduling a 5:00 p.m. Work Session on December 8, 2021 <br />contingent upon items of discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve <br />Cancelling the November 24, 2021 & December 22, 2021 Regularly Scheduled Work Session <br />& Council Meetings. <br /> <br />Council Member Koski desired to ensure that the regularly scheduled December 8, 2021 Council <br />meeting included a Work Session prior to the regular meeting, contingent upon items of discussion. <br /> <br />Council Member King Amended his Original Motion by Accepting Council Member Koski’s <br />Friendly Amendment: Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member <br />Koski to Approve Cancelling the November 24, 2021 & December 22, 2021 Regularly <br />Scheduled Work Session & Council Meetings Contingent Upon Items of Discussion.
