A parking lot of almost 600 spaces for delivery vans and their drivers is <br />on the south side of the lot, with an additional staging area of 144 van loading spaces between <br />the building and the van parking area. The north 72 van staging spaces would be covered by an <br />open -sided canopy, but the south group of 72 spaces would be an open parking lot. On the west <br />side of the building are 15 truck loading docks and 13 truck parking spaces. All site access comes <br />from 215t Avenue or Fairview Street; none from 20t" Avenue and none from the north side.
