Response: <br />Plans have been updated to no longer show pavement being excavated in 21 st Ave. The <br />watermain extension is now proposed to connect at the location of the hydrant shown <br />above. <br />6. Water and Sewer Access Charges will apply based on a Met Council "SAC Determination" letter. <br />Response: <br />Comment noted. <br />Parks and Trails <br />Several potential trail segments are shown in red (right). The blue line on the figure below is a <br />future trail to be constructed on the east side of 21St Ave. by Lino Lakes. The stars represent <br />retail locations, south of Main Street that might be more easily accessible with the red and blue <br />segments constructed, especially for neighborhoods in the south part of the city.
