Response: <br />Comment noted. <br />General <br />1. We do not see any on -site fueling stations. If there are such facilities, we would want detailed <br />information on them for review by the fire marshal, city engineer and building inspector. <br />Response: <br />No on -site fueling stations are proposed with this development. <br />2. A developer's agreement will be required, outlining time of performance, and securities among <br />other issues. Securities will be required to cover 150% of the cost of the public trails and utilities <br />being installed as part of the project. Due to the size of this development, additional securities <br />may be required to ensure the city has the available resources to stabilize the site and abate any <br />nuisance conditions and mitigate any environmental impacts, should the developer abandon the <br />project at any point in its construction. The developer will also be responsible to reimburse the <br />city for costs related to inspection of the work contemplated in the developer's agreement. <br />Response: <br />Comment noted.
