The streets included in <br />ndrd <br />the Thin Overlay component of the project generally include Hunters Crossing 2 and 3 Additions, and <br />stndrd <br />Pheasant Marsh 1, 2, and 3 Additions. The City Hall Parking Lot improvements consists of full-depth <br />pavement replacement of all bituminous parking lot areas, select curb and gutter replacement, as well as <br />full reconstruction and drainage improvements in the southwest corner of the City Hall rear lot. <br />The scope of engineering services consists of the following tasks: <br />Feasibility Study/Survey Phase: <br />Task 1 – Preliminary survey to collect existing topographic information for feasibility study and design. <br />Survey will be completed over the southwest corner of the City Hall parking lot and the existing drainage <br />channel and surrounding area. Private utility locates will be requested and locations will be surveyed <br />Task 2 – Prepare Feasibility Study meeting MN Chapter 429 requirements. The feasibility study will identify <br />the proposed improvement options, costs for financing and assessment purposes, project schedule, and <br />required permits, if any. The City will provide the assessment roll for inclusion in the report. <br />Task 3 – Attendance at one City Council meeting to present feasibility report <br />Design and Bidding Phase: <br />Task 1 – Design of proposed street and parking lot improvements as identified in the feasibility study. Task <br />will include coordination with Anoka County regarding existing storm sewer at City Hall and Rice Creek <br />Watershed District as needed for proposed improvements. The City will determine required curb <br />replacement and structure adjustment quantities and locations for inclusion in the plans. A 60% plan set <br />will be submitted to City staff for review, and comments incorporated into the final construction plans. <br />Task 2 – Attendance at one City Council meeting to present plans and receive authorization to advertise for <br />bids. <br />Task 3 - Preparation of bidding documents, including plans, specifications, and Advertisement for Bids. <br /> <br />
