All in favor. Motion carried. <br />VIII.OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. None. <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. 2021 Audit Acceptance <br />Mayor Love asked if there were any questions or comments in accepting the 2021 Audit. Council <br />Member King asked if the council should wait to accept until all correction had been made. Mr. <br />DeJong stated that the two minor corrections that do not affect fund balances. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member King to approve the 2021 <br />Comprehensive Annual Audit Report as present with the two noted changes as presented to <br />Council and the Audit be placed on the CityÓs website for the public to review as presented <br />tonight.
