Encroachment Agreement — 7227 Clear Ridge
Administrator Statz explained that Mr. Grawe referenced landscaping in front yards that may or
may not be in easements or road right-of-ways. He stated that Mr. Grawe's raised garden is not
similar but similar to that of a structure and more robust than blocks/rocks, etc. He reported that
in his tenure, no front yard encroachments in easements or right-of-ways have been approved and
he would advise against its approval as the City's Engineer and Zoning Administrator. He
explained that it is fairly simple for Mr. Grawe to keep his raised garden if it is moved back
approximately 8 1/2' .
