I hope everyone had a great first week of absentee! We have a few more things coming up that we need to dive into along with an exciting update. ACE Team We are excited to announce that the team here at Anoka County Elections is now whole again! Wolid has stepped into the Lead Elections Specialist that was left open after my move and Angie Eaton has joined us to fill the Elections Specialist role. I'm excited to have them and am thankful for such a great team! I have attached the new contact sheet with everyone's information, however, while everyone is getting up to speed in their new role there will likely be some overlap as far as who is doing what. Equipment Testing Materials for voting equipment testing — including your pre -marked test deck ballots — are ready for pickup at the Anoka County Elections office starting today. I know we had it on the calendar for this Thursday, October 61" but Danny has worked really hard to get everything ready ahead of time. There are no assigned times — come whenever works best with your schedule. We will send a separate detailed email by Friday outlining the equipment testing process. Plan to complete the testing as early as you are able to do so! The process for testing is the same as the primary so if you want to get a jump on it, we have saved the test deck spreadsheet for each city in your "To City" folder on Axway. This spreadsheet provides details for marking a select number of ballots for each precinct using the OmniBallot Tablet for that polling place.
