<br />Construction of the gravel base for the trail between Old Mill Court and Laramee Lane is now complete. <br />Concrete work will be completed in the spring to ensure the base has a chance to settle over the winter. <br /> <br />(16) Centerville Self Storage <br />The facility is now open for business. The developer has made progress to address drainage issues along <br />the north side of the facility and will continue to work on minor clean-up items. <br /> <br />(1) Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />The developerÓs landscaping crew has finished sod work near the cul-de-sac and has just a few items from <br />the punch list remaining. <br /> <br />(8) Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />The facilityÓs application has been accepted by the state, and they are currently awaiting approval. Atlas is <br />planning on having residents on February 1st. With regard to the building, Atlas is ensuring compliance, and <br />stocking shelves in preparation for opening. Once the installation of ceiling lights is complete, Atlas will <br />have an open house. <br /> <br />(10-14) Rehbein Commercial <br />thst <br />The sidewalk on the north side of Main Street, between 20 Avenue and 21 Avenue will be graded and <br />poured in the spring. Other punch list items remain. <br /> <br />(13) Kwik Trip <br />Construction on the building and site continues. Concrete pavement installation is now complete along with <br />th <br />the turn lane on Main Street. The store anticipates opening on December 29. The ribbon cutting will be on <br />th <br />January 4 at 11:00 AM with an Open House from 10 AM to Noon. <br /> <br />(2) Peterson Shores <br />Staff met with a prospective builder on site to discuss sewer and water connections as well as grading and <br />driveway issues. <br /> <br />(17, 19) Rehbein Industrial <br />Record Plans for the project have been submitted and reviewed. Once permit closure is achieved, the project <br />can be closed out. <br /> <br />(18) Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />A building permit has now been issued for construction of Building #1 of 2. The developers have decided <br />to wait until spring to begin construction. <br /> <br /> (17) Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Just after Thanksgiving, the first tip-up <br />wall panels for the new Amazon facility <br />went up as the building takes shape. As <br />of the time of this report, all tip up panels <br />have now been installed and the building <br />shell should be up by the end of the <br />month, so that work on the interior can <br />continue through the winter. <br /> <br />AmazonÓs representatives, have asked <br /> <br />
