JV Summit Corporation, DBA Southern Rail – Liquor (On Sale & Sunday) <br />b. S & B Corporation, DBA Kelly’s Corner – Liquor (On Sale, Off Sale & <br />Sunday) <br />c. JJ Barrel, DBA Liquor Barrel of Centerville – Liquor (Off Sale & Tobacco) <br />d. Ameer’s Tobacco Shop – (Tobacco) <br />e. JP’s Liquor, Wine & Beer – (Off Sale & Tobacco) <br />8. Metro Cities Policy Adoption <br />9. Request for Payment #2 – Bituminous Roadways – 2022 Thin Overlay Program <br />and City Hall Parking Lot Improvements <br /> <br />Council Member King requested pulling Items #1 & 2 and Administrator Statz desired to add some <br />commentary along with Item #1. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Mosher to Approve Items #3-9 <br />of the Consent Agenda as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Administrator Statz stated that Check #35520 was to refund a property owner who was billed for the <br />builder’s portion of utilities on a new home. <br /> <br />Council Member King requested additional information regarding Wex Bank which he stated regularly <br />appears on the Centennial Lake Police Department Claims. He questioned the frequency of disbursement <br />and whether it only contained fuel charges. Administrator Statz stated that the line item financials would <br />be a better avenue for tracking fuel costs. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Mosher to Approve Items #1-2 of <br />the Consent Agenda as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Mosher, seconded by Council Member King to Close the Public <br />Hearing at 6:52 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Member King questioned the assessment for $4,210.22 and Administrator Statz stated cleanup <br />of the exterior of the home. <br /> <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Memorandum of Agreement – Rice Creek Watershed District – Floodway <br />Modeling <br /> <br />Administrator Statz defined a flood plain as being a floodway and flood fringe (can put dirt be placed <br />within with proper paperwork or not) and what could be completed in either.
