(a) Name, address and phone number of the landowner; <br /> (b) Name, address, phone number and date of birth of the hunter; <br /> (c) Description of the land upon which the hunter has consent to hunt and the date <br />that the consent begins and ends; and <br /> (d) Hunters must have on their person a copy of the written consent with the above <br />information and picture identification. <br />§ 130.03 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS WITHIN CITY LIMITS. <br />(A) DISCHARGE PROHIBITED.No person shall shoot, fire-off, discharge or explode <br />any firearm or non-firearm upon or onto any of the following: <br /> (1) Any road, street, avenue, sidewalk or other public place in the city; <br /> (2) Any city park or city owned lands; <br /> (3) Any parcel smaller than 19 acers; <br /> (4) Any lands within the city not owned by the person so using, unless the person <br />doing so has on his or her person the written consent of the owner of the lands, or is <br />lawfully hunting in a county park or on the waters of Centerville or Peltier Lakes; <br /> (5) Within 750 feet of any residences or buildings upon property not owned by the <br />person so shooting, firing off, discharging or otherwise exploding any firearm or non- <br />firearm without written consent of the owner. In no event shall the person discharge a <br />bow and pointed-tip arrow, shotgun, or muzzleloader where a projectile leave the <br />premises upon which the person is authorized to hunt; or <br /> (6) A private landowner or person with written consent from the landowner may use a <br />bow and pointed-tip arrow, shotgun, or muzzleloader lawfully appropriate for taking <br />game or waterfowl provided that no projectile used shall pass within 500 feet of any <br />building on adjoining property or occupied residence, without the consent of that <br />landowner, nor in any event create a nuisance or danger to the person. <br />(B) SINGLE BALL AMMUNITION. <br /> (1) Prohibition. No person shall shoot, fire-off, discharge, explode or hunt with any <br />rifle or handgun, within the city except upon a licensed shooting range. <br /> (2) Evidence. The following shall constitute prima facie evidence of the violation of § <br />130.03 (A) and (B)(1) of this section: the carrying of single ball ammunition on or about <br />the person while carrying a rifle, shotgun or handgun, openly or uncased, loaded or <br />unloaded, and which firearm is capable of discharging a single ball ammunition so being <br />carried. <br />2 <br /> <br />
