The site is bounded on the North by a residential neighborhood. The lots abutting the <br />property have generous back yards, which are heavily wooded, providing a nice buffer to <br />the development. However, additional buffering may be considered. To the east, the <br />development borders the school. The developer has been in contact with school officials <br />and is working to coordinate with their operations and traffic flow. A condition of any <br />PUD should incorporate cooperation with the school. To the south, the property is again <br />bounded by residential lots. However, these lots are within the downtown district, <br />meaning they may be legal non-conformities. Buffering these lots may not be <br />appropriate given the potential for their future redevelopment. To the west, is Main <br />Street and Centerville Lake. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
