This is a classic example of the application of a PUD Ï to <br />design the property as a whole, allowing flexibility in the strict application of zoning standards. <br />PLAT <br />The preliminary plat consists of 25 lots and a public street ROW: 24 small home lots along a new <br />th <br />street, Peltier Court, a cul-de-sac about 820 ft in length, and a 25lot encompassing all of the rest <br />of the property as common open space, including all the wetlands.
