That is a risk and safety issue to a
neighborhood where kidsneighborhood where kidsneighborhood where kidswalk to school and feel safe in Centerville. You are correct
to say that Ƃİđ϶ąijƂƢ϶ЧНċŗđŹŏЪƂО϶İêƚđanyidea of the people that will live or visitthere
along with knowing theirăêąńĩŵŗƇŏċŹШϼ϶cŗƜđƚđŵϽ϶fЪŎ϶ŏŗƂ϶ŹƇŵđ϶İŗƜthat is dierent
from any other neighborhood. The citydoes not perform background checks on
anyone moving into the city, nomattertheir neighborhood. It could be argued, that,
in this case, there isactually a higherlevel of scrutiny on those moving in, since the
managers of the apartment will likely havesome sort of creditcheck and/or other
background checkas partof their tenant vetting process.
-The property has a single residence on it and you want to put 100 apartments in an area
where traicis already bad and youwant to makeit worse.
