Interim Ordinance #XXX Moratorium on PUDs in the M-1 & M-2 Zoning Districts <br /> <br /> Administrator Statz answered questions that arose during the public hearing, noting the following: <br /> A moratorium can be in place for a maximum of one year, but can be lifted sooner <br /> The map includes St. Gens and the rectory <br /> The state did not mandate high density, however, it’s important to remember that you can’t restrict <br />high density in the city. Ex. Lake Elmo <br /> Block 7 is made up of 7 parcels and we bought them with CDBG funding (two grants of $200,000 <br />each).
