Flow from these areas, including that <br />from Centerville, is collected along East Cedar Street and conveyed east to MCES <br />Meter M220 and Gravity Interceptor 802325. <br />The siteis in Utility Staging Area 1A (2018-2025)and 1B (2025-2030). By resolution, the Council <br />may move the parcels from Stage 1B (2025-2030) to Stage 1A (2018-2025). <br />Per the City Engineer’s Memo, the City’s water supply system well firm capacity is currently <br />constrained by poor water quality in some wells, the White Bear Lake court orders and ongoing <br />litigation, and annual variability in water use due to drought and other factors.
