From:Teresa Bender <br />To:Teresa Bender <br />Cc:Heidi Grahek <br />Subject:FW: Vendors Meeting w/P & R Committee <br />Date:Thursday, January 30, 2025 3:17:41 PM <br />Attachments:Teresa Bender.vcf <br />Importance:High <br />Dear Vendors: <br />As the City has been approached with requests for opportunities to meet and discuss vendor <br />capabilities, offerings/discounts, history, etc. The Committee will be holding a Work Session on <br />February 5, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. The Committee would like to schedule each vendor a <br />20-minute interval and they look forward to your attendance. <br />Guidelines for Vendors: <br />You may introduce yourself, provide a gamut of offerings, discounts, vendor history, capabilities, <br />credentials, and references. Committee members may thank you for your attendance, but no other <br />verbal interaction will be had with vendors during this meeting. Language was contained in the letter <br />outlining the RFP requirements that an onsite meeting will be held; vendor attendance is optional. All <br />questions would be noted and answers to the questions will be forwarded to all vendors that have <br />been selected to participate in the RFP process. The Committee will be organizing a sub-committee <br />to meet on site, evaluate the received RFPs and they will be making the recommendation to the full <br />committee for the successful vendor associated with the project. The on-site meeting will be within <br />the February 11-February 13, 2025 timeframe and vendors will be notified one week prior. <br />Please let me know your availability for the Work Session scheduled for 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., <br />February 5, 2025.
